I love your barcode scanning app, the functions it has built into it are amazing.

Having said that, I would like to have the option built in to also display 1D barcodes.

The main intent behind such an idea is based on an iphone app I have seen, where by a person can put their grocery keychain barcode on their phone, so there is no need to search for the right tag, or have it so dirty and messed up that the scanner can't pick up the barcode anymore.

I don't think that adding on such functionality would be difficult, given that you already have 99% finished already.

I await your attention to this matter.

I think there is already an app for this on the Android Market. I see
one called Key Ring Barcode Scanner, but thought there was another one
under a different name too that I can't find now. It's a decent idea;
might be getting a bit far from the core purpose of Barcode Scanner
itself.

Barcode sanner is difficult to useand if successfully, it says unable to find product type in the product name. Very frustrating.

Nothing about the barcode scanning is specific to a location.

Maybe you are referring to Google Product search that the Android
client links to. I do not think the new mobile product search has been
released for google.nl, so it will not lead to .nl-specific search
results at the moment.
