IMEI bar code not recognized

I tried to use ZXing to decode IMEI barcode, but it could not be recognized successfully. I found that "Code128Reader::decodePattern" can read "StartCode" and it is "CODE_START_C", but the data after that was wrong.

Could someone help me?

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Clone and build (commit 00783db7aa3bcf8620a301854ac71c0ceaaca0c1) on macOS 11.4.

2. Execute "ZXingReader /path/to/imei2.png".

There is my output:

The barcode image is directly taken from the screen of the real iOS 15 device.
