How to create QR code With UTF-8 instead of ISO-8859-1

I need a JS of PHP src to generate QR that allows me to choose wherter to use the UTF-8 or  ISO-8859-1, every class only gets parameters to Level and size.

This is the result i always get:

Not sure what you're asking here -- setting this value does change the choe= parameter in the URL and you get a different result. You just need to use that URL parameter in your app.
