Is camera flash support in zxing barcode scanning for android?

Hello,

        I am trying to use camera flash when scanning the barcode using Zxing, but after the scanner is on, flash light get automatically off.

Please get off me from that problem.

Look in Settings and set the front light to "On" not "Auto"

Hello Sir,

            Actually I am using Zxing 1.1.jar in my app, so there is no any setting option while in scan mode. There is scan button in my app, after clicking on it, I have called 

IntentIntegrator.initiateScan(Inventory.this, R.layout.capture,R.id.viewfinder_view, R.id.preview_view, true); and after calling that flash get off. 

So, what should I do?

I don't know what you're saying... 1.1 is incredibly old, surely that's not true. You say you are using intents, but you are also using a .jar. These can't both be true. In any event, the app still has a flash setting that I mentioned.

     I have already used zxing 2.2 in my project, it support flash light but when I click for scan it ask for secondary app (i.e. zxing barcode scanner), I don't want to install any secondary app. So How do I use zxing 2.2 in my app which will support flash also?
