zxing.exe cannot decode, but BarcodeScanner4.5.apk can

I have a qr code image, which contains 200 Chinese words.

The "zxing.exe" is built with the current version source "http://zxing.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/cpp/"

zxing.exe --more --test-mode --try-harder a.png 

The result is "decoding failed"

But, with BarcodeScanner4.5.apk

Can decode the image from webcam

Could you please tell me how can I decode the image with zxing.exe.
