QR code not recvognized on linux but on macOs

Hi People,

i have an application, which is looking for qr codes in a scanned pdf. It's build in .net core 5.

With zxing, everything looks fine on macOS 11 (Big Sur) on all developers local. But on production (Linux CentOs 7), we are not getting the same results with the same code.

 

The source is always the same. 

1. We convert a pdf page to jpg

2. we localize areas and crop them

3. try to read qr code 

4. if qr not found rotate 15 degree and go to step 3...

In this way, we have a good hit rate. But as mentioned, not on linux with .net core. Any idea? Some differences in underlaying libs zxing is using?

I attached a sample which is a good example. Also any smartphone camera is recognizing the qr.
