No. In fact, if you're mostly cloning the UI, you're probably coming close to a different technical legal problem, which is using the app's trademark look-feel. Please do take steps to make sure nobody thinks they are using Barcode Scanner itself at a glance, if you are making your own app. Cloning the UI, which sounds a bit like what you have done, is strongly discouraged. You do need to retain a reference to the project / license in the app in any event, but it should not be a copy.
