is this actually mondrian hooked-up to svn, or is it a totally separate project/code line?

It's not mondrian, but shares a lot of javascript code with it. For
example, the way you can double click on lines to enter comments. The
next phase will be actual back-and-forth code reviews that get
emailed, and the ability to do code reviews on uncommitted patches.
