I haven't done much with scenes, triggers, etc. so the answer may be something obvious, but once you turn on the smartphone plug-in and set the IP address(es), how do you make the arrival or departure of a smartphone do anything?

I assumed it would be a trigger, but there doesn't seem to be any "where" events that have to do with the plug-in.

Assuming that I have a device setup in the smartphone plugin with ip 1.2.3.4, how do I set up turning on a light when the phone attaches to the network?
