GE 45606 In-Wall dimmer and Aeon labs z-stick won't pair

Hi, first of all thank you very much for this software it has help me A LOT. Now, I just recently bought a GE in-wall dimmer 45606 and i haven't been able to pair it with my aeon labs stick, other GE/Jasco products pair easily. The dimmer doesn't have a "z-wave button", so, after reading the manual it said that the top or bottom buttons of the rocker would function as the "zwav button" but nothing happen. I have as well reset the Aeonlabs controller to the factory state but nothing. Has anyone been able to pair this dimmer?
