problem with WebAPI 2.2

I have installed ZVS on Windows 10 and can't get WebAPI 2.2 to work at all. I am using postman to test.

Attached images show my settings. What am I doing wrong ?

Grrr. Running zvirtualscenes as administrator made the webAPI stuff spring into life.
