Android Application For A Z-wave Thermostat

Hello

I am working on an android application to control my z-wave thermostat. I have got an aeon labs z-stick and a 2gig CT100  thermostat. I downloaded zVirtualScene and intend to use the WEB API.

I have not much knowledge about that part. can anyone help me with what I should be using for that part. Will PHP work for that?

Your Android app should be able to just directly call the HTTP endpoint for the Web API.
