As much as I love woman and think rather highly of them, why in the holy hell would you want to modify an animated breasts. I mean seriously? What the hell is wrong with you? If you need to see a woman's breast, google woman's breasts and there you go. This is pathetic man.
yeah it doesn't mean a person is a perv... if they want to make a sim of theirself and, and they have big breasts? That's a completely legitimate question! I mean, I guess you would be a perv if you wanted to make them big for "pervy" reasons
Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.81.72.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I own all expansions, game packs, stuff packs and kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I haven't heard about anyone else having this issue yet, so I've no clue. But a touch of bad luck might help it find YOU.
What happens when the bug occurs? It messes with my chill. I already have enough bugs in my game that take away from the experience.
What do you expect to see? I want my sims' skeletal structure to remain the same. I don't care whether they gain or lose weight/muscle, but the foundations of their body shouldn't be subject to change.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Honestly, I don't know much about what is happening because this bug only started affecting my game today. But my sims' body types are changing during gameplay, seemingly at random. And I'm not referring at all to the sliders - this isn't an issue with sims becoming fat or skinny. The actual body templates are the issue.
I made a very curvy woman to marry into my legacy this time. Hips, thighs and breasts for days. She was in her third trimester when I noticed that her legs were like twigs, and she had no butt or bust. Looked in CAS, and sure enough, her body type was changed to the petite base. There was no meat on her at all. And because you can't fiddle with pregnant sims' details, I couldn't adjust her body to the way it was before.
Edit. I just looked at sim bodies in a vanilla save and in my modded main save. What I found leads me to think that maybe the templates do change as you play depending on how you play. They may just be a starting point when you make sims but idk for sure. Things like exercise, overeating, reward store potions, the Weight of the World and Taste of Diet ice creams, and GTW serums can all visibly change a sim's body in game and it appears that the body shape reflected in CAS matches their current appearance as closely as the game can as far as I can tell. I haven't noticed any changes while I play other than what I made sims do that changed how their body looks so I'm at a loss as to what is happening in your game unless you are doing things that would change how the sim looks like exercise, overeating, etc.
I also have been having this problem, I've noticed it on my sims as well as townies. Sometimes it's the pear shape frame, sometimes it's a slim frame, sometimes it's a frame that makes them look pregnant. I had mods originally as well, and figured they were the issue, but I'm having the problem even without them. Most recently it happened right after my Sim gave birth, she had a completely different body shape than what she had just a few days ago. I've seen this issue when my sims age up sometimes, too.
Happens to my sims every time someone in the active household ages up or has a baby and it's driving me insane! I've set some stronger limits on MCCommand center to fight it but I don't understand why it's happening... My female frame sims get a huge belly, maxed out shoulder width, and * down to their belly button while Male frame sims get tiny feet and huge hips (other body parts change too but are less noticable)
MONDAY, Aug. 21, 2023 (HealthDay News) -- Women who have larger breasts tend to exercise less or less intensely, according to a new study that suggests having breast reduction surgery could be a game changer.
Women with bigger breasts reported that reducing their breast size would improve their exercise performance and frequency. And among the survey participants, the 56 women who had already undergone breast reduction surgery said they lead healthier and more active lifestyles.
Endocrine therapy is important for management of patients with estrogen receptor (ER)-positive breast cancer; however, positive ER staining does not reliably predict therapy response. We assessed the potential to improve prediction of response to endocrine treatment of a novel test that quantifies functional ER pathway activity from mRNA levels of ER pathway-specific target genes. ER pathway activity was assessed on datasets from three neoadjuvant-treated ER-positive breast cancer patient cohorts: Edinburgh: 3-month letrozole, 55 pre-/2-week/posttreatment matched samples; TEAM IIa: 3- to 6-month exemestane, 49 pre-/28 posttreatment paired samples; and NEWEST: 16-week fulvestrant, 39 pretreatment samples. ER target gene mRNA levels were measured in fresh-frozen tissue (Edinburgh, NEWEST) with Affymetrix microarrays, and in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded samples (TEAM IIa) with qRT-PCR. Approximately one third of ER-positive patients had a functionally inactive ER pathway activity score (ERPAS), which was associated with a nonresponding status. Quantitative ERPAS decreased significantly upon therapy (P < 0.001 Edinburgh and TEAM IIa). Responders had a higher pretreatment ERPAS and a larger 2-week decrease in activity (P = 0.02 Edinburgh). Progressive disease was associated with low baseline ERPAS (P = 0.03 TEAM IIa; P = 0.02 NEWEST), which did not decrease further during treatment (P = 0.003 TEAM IIa). In contrast, the staining-based ER Allred score was not significantly associated with therapy response (P = 0.2). The ERPAS identified a subgroup of ER-positive patients with a functionally inactive ER pathway associated with primary endocrine resistance. Results confirm the potential of measuring functional ER pathway activity to improve prediction of response and resistance to endocrine therapy.
Use this slider to give your sims plump, kissable lips that look like they belong on the cover of a magazine! If your character has a profile that looks like their lips are squished against a piece of glass, this mod will give them a nice dose of filler. In the sims do they still do duck face, or are they called llama lips instead? Whatever you call them, achieve the perfect pout with this slider mod!
Breast augmentation, sometimes referred to as a "breast aug" or "boob job" by patients, involves using breast implants or fat transfer to increase the size of your breasts. This procedure can also restore breast volume lost after weight reduction or pregnancy, achieve a more rounded breast shape or improve natural breast size asymmetry.
Introducing SimpleBreasts!
SimpleBreasts is my Maxis-match breast shape for sims, so the primary set of shapes is based on the Maxis breast (with enhanced details and a nicer overall appearance). Although I may explore other shapes to add to SimpleBreasts in the future, this initial set will remain the default.
On to some specific details:
1) SimpleBreasts is currently available for female sims only.
2) SimpleBreasts comes with four nipple types: Standard, Protruding, Puffy and Inverted.
3) The base shape is purposefully close to the default Maxis shape so they match the appearance of the breasts in bras and other official clothing items. This is illustrated in one of the comparison photos above.
4) The breasts have a minimal texture, which only includes hand-painted nipples. They're designed to work with the Maxis skins, but should work with a large variety of CC skins (although if you use a skin with nipples and they don't align with Maxis' or mine, it could look weird).
5) There is a color overlay which covers the nipple and areola, available in 10 swatches. They look good on a variety of skintones - the purple looks slightly odd on very light warm tones, but is very nice on cool and neutral tones.
If you use the default game skins, Sims who max the weight slider get a heavy shadow across the breasts - this is part of the official skins and nothing to do with SimpleBreasts. I intend to correct this with a default skin override in the future.
There is a CAS default file, which will give your female sims the Standard design when you remove clothing in CAS. It has no effect on in-game appearance, and is completely optional.
UPDATE:
I've corrected an issue with the underside of the breasts that was causing them not to look as round and smooth. You can see an example of this issue, and the correction, in the last picture in the post.
Please update your files with the new ones attached!
Fox transcription factors play a critical role in the regulation of a variety of biological processes. While FoxM1 behaves like the oncogenic transcription factor, FoxO3a is known as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting FoxM1. This study aimed to investigate the clinicopathological significance of FoxM1 and FoxO3a expression in breast cancer. Expression of FoxM1 and FoxO3a were analyzed by immunohistochemical staining on tissue microarray sections from 236 breast cancer patients, and correlated with various clinicopathological characteristics. Overexpression of FoxM1 correlated with adverse clinicopathological features, such as larger tumor size, lymph node metastasis, advanced tumor stage, and lymphovascular invasion. The Kaplan-Meier survival curves revealed no prognostic significance of FoxM1 expression. However, in subgroup analyses with patients of estrogen receptor (ER) positive breast cancers, FoxM1 overexpression associated with poor disease free and overall survival. No association was found between FoxO3a and FoxM1 expression. Regarding clinicopathological variables, the only association between histologic grade and FoxO3a was observed. In conclusion, FoxM1 overexpression was significantly associated with aggressive phenotypes and poor prognosis of ER-positive breast cancer. These findings suggest the possible role of FoxM1 as a prognostic biomarker and putative target of anti-cancer therapy.
