I have edited the write up based on your comments and added additional references. I have changed the sequence of references to reflect the alphabetical sequence based on family name. This what we do in case we don’t have numbers so it will be easier for the reader to track the reference if the author name is listed within the paragraphs. I have also added an additional title and introduction to the Causal Effect Diagram.

 

Muzoun or Turky, please update the second page table of content accordingly.
