Yes. I've done it many times in US and UK as I like to keep paper copies in scrap books etc. Theres normally many self service desks that you can do it from (if you state which airport you can usually look this up online too), or you can go to the desk of the airline you are travelling with and they will print it for you. It doesn't matter if you already checked in or not, most of the time the person on the desk has never mentioned it, and others they say that I've checked in already & ask if I want a paper copy. I think the only time I've ever had to actually explain was in Manchester Airport in the UK a few years ago, which wasn't a problem and they printed it fine.

If you really don't want to risk it you could always go to a public library or ask friends or family to print it for you. But any person on the check in desks will be able to print the boarding pass for you even if you have already checked in, people lose them or like you don't have access to printers so its common.

You may not need to print a boarding pass. Depending on the requirements of airport authorities, you will need to present a mobile boarding pass, a paper boarding pass printed out by you or a paper boarding pass picked up from the check-in desk.

I checked in on my iMac, all looked good, no OPTION for printing my boarding pass. Why? Because cellphones loose battery or get lost or get dropped in water. I've only lost battery power but wife has lost hers and dropped it in water.

Is there an easier way? I have poor eyes and hate to use my cellphone unless necessary (other than phone calls). I am computer literate in case someone is rolling their eyes. Even getting registered into this Forum is pedantic an so 20th century.

Nothing wrong with paper boarding passes. It's been awhile since I printed from a computer, but if I remember correctly the boarding passes were shown on screen and selecting the standard File/Print option worked. Another option is to check-in online, then when you go to the airport use a kiosk in the check in area to print your boarding pass there.

Text will send you a link to a mobile-formatted boarding pass, which is automatically saved to your phone if using an iPhone or Google Pay on Android. You can also view the mobile boarding pass, take a screenshot, or save it to your photos folder by clicking on the camera icon in the upper right hand corner.

If you check in on your mobile device via the Southwest app or mobile website, you're offered a mobile-formatted boarding pass, which can then be saved in all the ways mentioned above.

If you check in on your mobile device via the mobile website but would prefer to print your boarding pass to a local printer, just force the phone to load the desktop site instead of the mobile one, and you'll see the three options I showed earlier, which includes Print.

computer literate or not, people need to get over it when somebody still likes things simpler than having a ton of stupid apps and gadgets. YES, I still have a slide phone, and manage life just well thank you.

It used to be you could go directly to the full site to get a printable boarding pass, but now, trying to go to the full site automatically flips you back to the mobile site, from which you cannot print a boarding pass. Using the method above, you stay on the full site and can print the boarding pass from your phone. I did it from an iPhone, but it probably works from any phone.

Find your airport, then look under 'Airport details' to see if mobile boarding passes are available. If not, you can print a boarding pass before you head to the airport or from any self-service kiosk once you're there.

I have early bird check in for my return flight but I am not sure how to get my boarding pass printed at the airport, do I just enter flight information and my name in the kiosk to obtain the boarding pass ? I don't have a smart phone so it needs to be done at the airport.

After all of these flights in the past several years, I still have yet to use the new self-service tag and drops - I'm always either using curbside or head on in for full-service for whatever reason.

I like the full service because I like the human interaction and that way I don't mess up the baggage tag . If I just need the boarding pass then the kiosk is great if the mobile pass is not available for some reason.

One thing that I have found good to do is to check in on line or by phone close to 24 hours before departure. It is not necessary to print the boarding pass, but it gives the traveler a chance to check on the status and let's the airline know you are still good to go.

Traveler Tip: When you do not have Early Boarding it is especially important to check in by phone or on line as soon as the 24 hour period begins so that your boarding pass is issued at the lowest number possible. You do not have to print it when you check-in but it puts you in the queue.

Certain flight documents (e.g., boarding passes, baggage tags, etc.) are necessary for passengers who travel by air. They are usually represented on thermal sensitive papers, and every passenger should have them at the airport before flight departure. Therefore, airports, airlines or ground handlers must implement appropriate printers to print boarding passes and bag tags based on passenger information available in DCS solutions.

Printer-producing companies (e.g., Epson , Custom, SNBC, IER, Unimark) present airline printers with different features and capabilities. The following features are mainly exercised to separate between them:

If you want to board an aircraft, you need a ticket: the boarding pass. A boarding pass is a document that entitles passengers to board the aircraft for the flight they have booked. It is comparable to a ticket and must be presented to the airline at the boarding gate. But what makes a boarding pass so special, and what is behind the boarding process? In this blog post (article) we will explain in detail what a boarding pass is, what information it contains, and how to get one.

A boarding pass is a ticket that all air travellers need for their flight. A boarding pass is a document that a traveller must show when boarding an aircraft. This confirms that you have completed check-in and are therefore entitled to board the aircraft. The boarding pass can be issued as a ticket for you and your fellow passengers on your behalf and is used for baggage identification at the airport. The Boarding Pass gives you access to check-in, security, information about your aircraft and to collect your baggage.

To get your boarding pass, you must first check-in. The form in which you receive your boarding pass depends on the type of check-in. These include Check-in counters, online check-in, and check-in machines.

The check-in machine offers a convenient way to board your flight quickly and easily. Without having to stand in a long queue at the counter, passengers can check in at the machine of the respective airline and then receive their boarding pass.

Online check-in is a good alternative to the usual check-in options at the airport. Depending on the airline and flight, online check-in is possible up to 24 to 48 hours before departure. After you have entered all the details, you will receive a mobile boarding pass within a few minutes, which you can save on your smartphone or print out.

Did you know that for non-stop flights you receive a boarding pass for the outbound and return flights? For flights with one or more stopovers, many people ask when and how they receive their boarding pass for the connecting flight. The answer is: at the first check-in!

Yes! You can have your boarding pass printed out at the airport. Unfortunately, there are some restrictions, but in most cases, you can print your boarding pass at a ticket counter or self-service station (check-in machine) at the airport. You can also ask at the check-in counter if you need help. The staff will print your boarding pass, and you can use it to go to the gate.

Many air passengers nowadays travel with their mobile boarding pass, which is stored on their smartphone. But what if the digital version is not enough at the airport? Although smartphones now allow you to do almost everything, in some situations it can be tricky if your mobile boarding pass is rejected. An example of this is the airport in Marrakech, where you cannot get through security without a boarding pass signed and printed by the airline. Passengers travelling with hand luggage, who would therefore no longer need to go to the airline counter, are informed of this with signs shortly before check-in.

Find out about the place and airport you want to travel to, because it is not always possible to get through security with just a digital boarding pass on your smartphone. Marrakech Airport therefore even installed signs to inform passengers in advance that their mobile boarding passes are considered invalid here. Other airports also regard the unprinted documents as invalid and therefore do not let passengers through. However, some airlines offer alternative options on-site if required. For a small fee, they will print out the appropriate boarding pass for you on the spot or help you with the mobile version free of charge. With a little planning and precaution, however, you can save yourself these additional costs!

Step 1) Have the airline confirm the reason for the flight cancellation in writing.
Step 2) Collect receipts/receipts for expenses incurred during the waiting time.
Step 3) Insist on utilities in case of long waiting times
Step 4) Contact Flightright: have your flight checked and claim compensation/ticket reimbursement for the inconvenience
