Charles joined Ridge in 2010 as the VP of Finance and is a member of the Executive Team. Charles works closely with all departments within the company to ensure the financial success of the company as a whole. Charles directly oversees the Finance department and the warehouse and logistics team and works closely with other departments to forecast future of Ridge Vineyards.

Over 20 years ago, Charles followed his passion for wine and joined the wine industry, first on the hospitality side, then into production, and finally back to his roots in finance. Prior to joining Ridge Vineyards, he held management positions with Domaine Chandon, Roundhill/Rutherford Ranch Cellars, Viansa Winery, and Signature Wine Cellars. Charles is a graduate of the University of California at Davis with an accounting accreditation from the University of Washington in Seattle.

SparkPoint financial coaching is great for students just starting out, recently single adults, those beginning to plan for their retirement, and really anyone who wants to improve their financial understanding and status. In our coaching program, members define their goals and set priorities for their sessions. Fernando advises developers, investors and financial institutions on infrastructure, energy and real estate projects. Emilita (Emily) Marin is Assistant Dean for Finance and Business in the College of Music. Before coming to UNT, she was an Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (Memphis) and a College Business Administrator at the University of Houston, main campus. She has more than 15 years of experience in administration, human resource, finance and accounting in higher education. She earned her doctorate in leadership and management at St. Thomas University.

David G. Klein, MD, MBA, is the Chief Executive Officer of MarinHealth, an award-winning, full-service independent nonprofit health system in the San Francisco Bay Area. With over 30 years of dedicated experience, first, as a general surgeon for 14 years, Dr. Klein brings an impressive track record marked by a strong vision and demonstrated financial performance that has transformed underperforming hospitals into financially sound, thriving organizations.

Dr. Klein is the Chief Executive Officer of the Marin Healthcare District Board. He also serves on several boards, including the California Hospital Association, the North Bay Leadership Council, and as chair-elect of the Hospital Council of Northern and Central California, where he previously served as chair of the San Francisco Marin section of the Hospital Council. He is an active member of the San Francisco Marin Medical Society and board member of the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce and District Hospital Leadership Forum. Dr. Klein has also held numerous community board positions with prominent organizations, including the American Heart Association, March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, and the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce.
