How to unlock JE200?

Dear Forum,
I've bought a JE200 last month and tried to upgrade the firmware from
the website. I've used the SD card of 2 GB. But not sure whether the
upgrading was finished because it was taking very long time. Now, the
state is, it is locked in the first screen and touch screen is not
working. So, i can not unlock it to use.
i can connect to PC and can see all files inside.
plz help me.
