Hi all

I have just received my JE200 and want to install Zulureader.
On the Zuluexpress site I see a cab file and an .exe file (downloads 3
and 4).
Do I have to install the .cab file first, then update with the .exe
file?
Can I install the .exe file without having previously installed
Zulureader?
Or is the .cab file included in the .exe file, so installation and
update is done in one download?

Also, if asked where to install the file, do I install it on the
memory card, in Wince 5 folders, or in the JTOS home (extra) folder?

If any of the preinstalled files do not work properly, do the file(s)
I download again from the Jointech download page overwrite the files
on the device, or do I have to manually delete them before installing
again?

Regards and Thanks

Walter

Hi Watty,

No you can't use the .exe download unless you have already installed ZuluReader.

If you have Windows XP or earlier then you can download and run the
Windows CE Install file and run it on your PC after connecting the
device to the PC with AvctiveSync running on the PC.

If you have Windows Vista then you need to download the CAB install
for Win CE and copy it to the device and run it from there.

When asked where to install you can install it anywhere you like.
Usually in the "\Program Files" folder.

Cheers,

Steve.
