500 error on idhemcorp.fr

Hi there!

 

I was trying to  run the initialize-database at around 10pm when I got a 500 error while accessing idhemcorp.fr

Here the return while running the scirpt

Hi Mehdi,

Sorry for the delayed reply; your message got flagged as spam.

Can you post /var/log/zulip/install.log?  It's clear from the error message that the Zulip virtualenv was not installed correctly, which should have happened in an earlier step.

The errors will be in /var/log/zulip/errors.log.  

BTW in general, we recommend installing Zulip fresh on 16.04 rather than installing on 14.04 and then upgrading.

Correct it was the virtual env after upgrading from 14.04 to 16.04  the issue was solved by recreating the sym link to python 2.7

 

A new issue appaered :

 

After creating my account i tryied to create the organization the process is ending by a 500 error even if the field are correctly filled.

 

You dhould have any further needs of log please ask.

Mehdi,

It's clear from the logs that RabbitMQ isn't working properly on your system.  

Read http://zulip.readthedocs.io/en/latest/prod-troubleshooting.html?highlight=rabbitmq#troubleshooting-services, try the steps there, and see if that helps.
