Zulip Server 2.0.4 bug fix release

Zulip Server 2.0.4 has been released, fixing several bugs.  The details are in our release notes blog post.  

I'd like to take this opportunity to again recommend that anyone still running the now EOL Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty should first upgrade to Zulip 2.0.4, and then upgrade the OS, following our upgrade instructions carefully:

Zulip 2.1 will not support Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty.
