Zulip Server 2.0.1 bug fix release

Zulip Server 2.0.1 has been released, fixing several bugs.  The details are in our release notes blog post, but the important fixes in this release are for issues that were introduced in Zulip 2.0, so there's no urgency for older installations to upgrade (though they should go directly to 2.0.1, not 2.0.0, when they do).
