Zulip Server 2.0.3 bug fix release

Zulip Server 2.0.3 has been released, fixing several bugs, primarily relevant for new installations or sites using the new integrated backup tools.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to recommend that anyone still running the now EOL Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty first upgrade to Zulip 2.0.3, and then upgrade the OS, following our upgrade instructions carefully:
