Mustang 2.1, Order-X

Hi,

Mustang 2.1 has been published, it e.g. allows to translate UN/CEFACT CII xml into UBL using phax cii2ubl https://github.com/phax/en16931-cii2ubl library.

This required to change the standard to unshaded artifacts by default on maven central, which might only raise issues if you already have dependencies (e.g. saxon) in your project, in which case you might now have to add the shaded classifier (append :shaded in gradle or add <classifier>shaded</classifier> in maven). Thanks for letting me know if that affects you because I need to know if and how prominently this needs to be documented.

Order-X has entered it's second public preview until 15 Feb (https://www.ferd-net.de/upload/PDF/20210113_Release_PublicReview_Order-X_en.pdf), does anybody want to help to support it in Mustang?
