Embedded fonts error

Hello,

Our vendor is using the Mustang software to generate a custom PDF A-3 document. When the document is validated on the ZUGFeRD (1.0) validation site, there are PDF errors associated with embedded fonts. Is this a known issue? Any solution to this?
