Kazik and the Kommander’s Car (2009) A documentary about a Polish boy scout, Kazimierz Piechowski, who was imprisoned in Auschwitz concentration camp and then made a daring escape. Directed by Hannah Lovell and produced by Katy Carr. Katy Carr’s song about the escape provides the soundtrack for parts of the film. The film was inspired by the Holocaust exhibition at IWM London.
