Looking for 1 More Early 240Z D Wheel Cover/Hubcap

I currently have 3 of the early D wheel covers and have had a hard time trying to find a 4th one to make a full set. I have attached a couple of pictures of what I am looking for.

I have a couple, but I think they are the Z hub caps. Now if I can remember where I put them.
