R180 w/ 115mm ring gear

Does anyone have a R180 differential with the 115mm ring gear? The earlier R180’s have 110mm ring gears. I need a later one which came in some 280Z’s and some Nissan trucks. I can use 3.54, 3.7, or 3.9 gearing. Thanks in advance.
