[zPE-dev] Rough Draft of the Paper

I've looked through and made several changes / suggestions. The modified version can be found in attachment.

Words in blue are what I've added / changed; words in red are what I thought need to be removed; and words in orange are my comment that should not appear in the merged version.

One thing I would like to make clear is that the original plan is changed as the project move forward. For example, nothing is right now, or will be in future, compiled into PC program.

I've also updated the download links, although we will need to update it again soon.

P.S. Please make the subject line meaningful. You can change it even if you're replying an old E-mail and you should do that unless you're actually replying that E-mail. Thanks.
