Video Format: AVI, FLV, or FLA, Just Not SWF

I didn't realize you had sent me a SWF file as the video output type. SWF files don't work natively in power point unless you go through a lot of steps to make the shock-wave player recognize it, steps which will need to be done on every computer that wants to play the power point. Can you output the file in AVI, FLV, or FLA (preferably AVI) and bring it to the presentation? If not, then we will have to show the video outside of the power point. I did try converting it manually, but all of the converters gave me errors from the file.

I will bring my laptop to the meeting and we can convert it
