Here is the file I wrote giving the descriptions of JES2, asm.py, and cpu.py. JES2 still confuses me and I was not able to describe all of its functions nor explain it well and it definitely needs some improvements. Feel free to correct any errors or make my descriptions better, but I did the best I could.

I've looked and corrects all the typos and mistakes I found. Please proofread it to make sure I did not make any mistake.

To Nick,

You've mixed the class method for InstructionType with those for X_, C_, B_, etc. I have corrected those so please read them again.
Misunderstandings in global functions in "CUP" section are also corrected.
Also, I've filled in all the "???".
