[zPE-dev] Re-Assemble of the Code Completed!

Now the 1st pre-release (rc1) is on the download page. Stuart, please make an installer for it as soon as you figured out the shortcut icon (or decided to give it up). Give the installer a good name this time, e.g. "Mainframe_PE_v.1.000-rc1_all-in-one.exe".

Also, if any of you find any new bugs, please let me know.

When do you think we should put out the normal release? I'd like to make sure no more bugs before I remove "rc*" label but I do not want to wait until next semester.

Also, should we meet after everyone finished their finals? I will be free after Tuesday 5/8, so any time after that works for me.

I'd like the final release to be before summer semester if possible. And yes, is it possible to meet the Friday of exam week?  I could also do Thursday after 2pm.

After doing a some digging of the registry keys that Python puts in I could not find one that listed the install directory for python nor an easy way to make sure it works unless they only follow the default settings so desktop shortcut has been tabled for now, I will see if there is anything I can come up with after finals. I have updated the installer and given it a better name as well. Will upload it shortly.

Just fixed two more GUI bugs:
- deleting ending parentheses will not cause any problem now
- pasting Unicode characters into the buffer is now forbidden

Should I made another package? Or do we want to wait for other possible bugs?

I've just fixed 5 other GUI bugs, and uploaded rc2 to the download session.
Please test this version a) if you have time, or b) after your last final and before our meeting (Friday?).
