note for those running on git master

I made gen_smtp into a subrepository yesterday. So now, when you get the
error: "Directory 'deps/gen_smtp' exist, but is neither empty nor a git
repository", you need to rm -rf deps/gen_smtp and then make again.

(same holds for webzmachine which was made into a submodule a few weeks ago)
