I have got some problems with date_default_timezone_set('UTC');

from the looks of things zotero sync server does use UTC time (look at include/header.inc.php line 31) meaning rows inserted in syncUploadQueue have there finished column date in UTC

but zotero processors do not use UTC dates so rows inserted in items have there serverDateModified in none UTC this creates a problem in syncing for me .

meaning i have my lastsync time stamp in  UTC which then gets compared to none UTC stamps in serverDateModified column 

this makes my sync server either always sync or not sync ever (depending on system's date time configurations ).

is there some fix for this , or is this some kind of miss configuration problem .

if not this should be reported as an issue .
