Capture a log on windows

I have a user where zotero seizes during startup when BBT is installed. How do I capture a log in such a case? The ZoteroDebugText flag doesn't seem to produce console output. Doesn't help that I don't have a windows system myself.

On Windows you might (always? sometimes? depending on terminal?) have to
add -console as well. But generally anything to do with a console on
Windows is a bad idea and we don't try.

Possible that it works better if you launch the app from WSL, but I've
never tried that myself.
