How to get Tags into a Citation Style?

I want to create an own Citation Style and I have to insert the Tags
and make Conditions with the Tags. Is there a possibility to realize
this?

if by tags you mean keywords - no, not possible.
The idea of CSL is that it works across users, so you can only test
for things that are universal, i.e. the presence of the variable or
the item type.
