Hi,

I have subsequent-author-substitute defined for bibliography in
Chicago note styles and it used to work, but it doesn't any more. I
can't figure out if it's a cite.js issue or my CSL settings. I have
the following line in my bibliography options:

<option name="subsequent-author-substitute" value="---"/>

Is there anything else I should add for this to work?

Thanks,
Elena

FYI: I tested MLA with this option and it doesn't seem to work either.
