Persian (fa) locale files for Zotero

Dear Zotero developers,
My colleagues and I in CRCIS (www.noorsoft.org) are working on a
version of Zotero with support for RTL languages specially Persian.
For now the Persian (fa) locale files are ready to be submitted.

these 7 files should be placed in chrome/locale/fa/zotero.
I tested the translation in current zotero trunk and it works.

If you also would like citations and bibliographies to be localized, consider translating the CSL 1.0 locale file into Persian.
