How to Open External Links in Zotero

Hello everyone,
I'm currently facing an issue with Zotero where I'm unable to open external links. I have tried using window.open and window.openDialog, and even attempted to open a local HTML file containing an iframe. Unfortunately, none of these methods have been successful, as they all result in an NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE error.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue and found a workaround? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

If you mean open in browser: Zotero.launchURL(url)
If you mean open in a window of Zotero: Zotero.openInViewer(url)
