XCode build fails due to wrong PATH configuration

xcodebuild runs fine in command line, so I spent some time to debug it. The fix is easy: https://github.com/zotero/zotero-ios/commit/28e6625bafd39b7f743d2647c8f0171e046f2cac. It's an ad-hoc version pinning my own dev machine
Should we mention how to configure the environment configuration in the README? This might make it easier for iOS developers to contribute. The build failure message provide zero useful info unless manually run in command line, locate the failed step and script, and guess the problem
