plugin does not start under zotero beta 7.1-beta.36+1eacc8bbd

My PMCID fetcher plugin does not seem to start at all under zotero beta 7.1-beta.36+1eacc8bbd. I see no activity but also no errors in the logs. Works fine under release. Very mini mal bootstrap at https://github.com/retorquere/zotero-pmcid-fetcher/blob/gh-17/bootstrap.ts, installable xpi at https://github.com/retorquere/zotero-pmcid-fetcher/releases/download/builds/zotero-pmcid-fetcher-0.0.31.17.54.xpi 

Would appreciate any insights.

You're right, sorry. But then my question stands -- the plugin installs even though install is available and is being ran successfully with the release Zotero, but it is not being found in zotero-beta. And why is it complaining about the file not being found? The file is present.
