A group of programmers working on the Linux OS for the PS3 have found a
way to enable 3D graphics on the X.org desktop. This could pave the way
towards using the Compiz Fusion window manager and its Windows
Vista-slaughtering 3D desktop effects (which work flawlessly even on
older PCs) on the PS3 finally.
