[Grok-dev] Updated Zopache.zmi plans

Here are my updated plans for releasing zopache.zmi.

Some say you should write the documentation first, maybe I have done that now.
Of course the Plone community all need a new ZMI, but they all want it done with ZCML, rather than Grok.
The current plan is to do it the grok way. Maybe I will do it the Plone way. That is a pretty big user base.
In which case I would release a new version of grok. project separately that includes the zmi.
Thoughts anyone?
