Do -> Reminders then Select All (CTRL+A) - assuming you have no others mixed in that you want to keep - then Clear. If there are others you want to keep, multi select with Ctrl+Click, then Clear.

So I did a stupid thing.

By an action I added a relative reminder to about 1,000 items. Now I need to get rid of all those reminders. I can wait for the reminders to hit & clear from there but I'd like to do it now.

Can someone help me out?

Thanks.

You could also create a folder that filters for Reminder is Set AND Date Modified is in the last 7 days; then set an action to Modify Reminder on folder assignment None | Remove Date.

Thank you, Derek. It's a continuing problem & I can't find the cause. I'm sure it's some errant action but so far I haven't found it. :(

It may be that you have a recurring item which has a reminder attached and when the recurring item regenerates there is some kind of ping-pong effect which is creating multiple reminders.

Open the database and choose Query | Quick Smart | Recurring Items from the main menu.  Zoot will create a Smart Folder that will show you any recurring items in your database.  Let's see if that leads somewhere.

Could be, might have been. Lost patience. Cleared all of them; probably losing some useful reminders. However, this was in the Mail dB.

Thanks for the instructions.
