I'm meeting several additional potential customers tomorrow; as such, I will Skype in with you guys at our normal time.

 

Adam, thanks for the detailed response to my emails.  We'll plan to paypal you each Friday.  We'll send over your cash comp from last week tomorrow and another on Friday for this week. 

 

After much discussion, the team is excited to offer you a place in our partnership, and grant you 3% common ownership stock for your work through September 2012 + 3% discretionary equity bonus at the end of September 2012.  You will be on the same vesting schedule as the rest of the team, which is a 3-year straight line schedule with a 1-year cliff.

 

We have not formally incorporated, however we maintain an official cap table which now includes your name and equity allocation.  This email is as good as any official contract; once we incorporate, the ownership documents will reflect your ownership.  Please print this email for your records.
