Data Access wiki entry

I added a new wiki page today called data access. it's far from
complete, but hopefully it'll help new users get off the ground by
covering some of the things that I had to research.

If some of the developers more familiar with the database access
(couRickgh) could look it over real quick for inconsistencies or
inaccuracies, it'd be cool.
