new manual

I redid the Manual TOC page so that it doesn't really have much on it
except for the getting started page. I did outline the sort of
content I think we need to have there though. I included the most
basic functions of zoop which are also the most stable. I'm going to
try to work on them here and there until they all get fleshed out. Of
course contributions are welcome from anyone.
