minor sorting glitch

On the Science Fiction shelf, variations in capitalization causes
authors to appear in the following order: McDevitt, Mccaffrey
Mcdevitt. In fact, McDevitt and Mcdevitt are the same guy. Might help
to ignore case when sorting.
