Hi All,
I was sorry to see the Zoom.it website go, but delighted that you guys are working on a replacement service.
One of the two images on my website is up and running (never noticed a problem with this one), but a much larger image created in Zoom.it still shows as "Queued".

I admit that it was a huge image and probably pushed the boundaries on Zoom.it (it is a 319Mb TIFF file) and is the map of a local cemetery that shows all the grave positions.

So far, the big map still shows as "Queued". Is there anything I need to do to restore the map now it is no longer zoom.it or will it eventually sort itself out once all the rendering (or whatever needs doing) has been completed?

Please accept my apologies for the lack of understanding of the technical info. I design simple websites for local charities for free and so I am not hugely up on the technical requirements.

Thanks
PaulGT

Paul,

You shouldn't have to do anything, assuming the original image is still at its original location. It may take a little while for us to get it updated, but we'll get to it. If you want to follow along, you can subscribe to this issue on GitHub:

Also helpful might be if you could tell us which image you're talking about.

Also, the image itself sounds cool! Makes me think we should have a "Best of Zoom.it" Tumblr or something...

Hi Ian,
Many thanks for your prompt reply. I am pleased that Zoom.it will continue. Happy to be patient and wait.
my image is/was: http://zoom.it/5eha.js

It is a series of 12 A1-sized (shrunk to A3-sized for Scanning) technical drawings of the cemetery that have been digitally stitched together. they lay out the cemetery and mark the graves with names and dates, so when we have visitors come along on our open days, we can take them directly to their relatives graves.
We (the Friends of Newtown Road Cemetery) are currently trying to research all of the 10,000+ people buried there to try and record a little bit of their lives, no matter who they were; famous or not.

Thanks for all your help so far
Regards
PaulGT

Stephan,

Unfortunately we still have some work to do to make those conversions possible. Meanwhile, you can add the links to:

...and we'll get to them as soon as we can!

Sorry to see the end of Zoom it, but it's great news that the project is being taken over.
I have a number of queued images, it would be great if they could be reinstated, here's the list:
