this is probably a very old request, but I'm reposting
is there any way to get nibtools to work with double-sided 1571 drives and disks
to create "G71" images?
there are 1571 disks, double-sided out there with copy protection
they may not be so common, but they do exist
I had the challenge of Clone Machine 1571
a "G71" of this disk, and others like this would be handy
nibtools like nibread and nibwrite can work with 1571 drives
and you can use d64copy and such to create a D71 image
but G71 seems to have been completely forgotten
not enough demand so far, but now several decades later,
it's time to finish off all the remaining stuff that hasn't been done so far
