[Help wanted] MacOS X compile problems: testers needed

Hello,

the current OpenCBM does not seem to compile on current MacOS:

There is a pull request which seems to fix this issue:

https://github.com/OpenCBM/OpenCBM/pull/129

Can someone confirm that this problem exists, and the fix is a good fix?

To me, it looks reasonable, but I would like some test from an actual
user.

I can confirm that I was able to get it to compile with that fix on my M2 MacBook Pro.
